Payment details:
The registration fee amount for authors of papers accepted in any of the following Journals (CyS, IJCOPI or POLIBITS) is 200 USD or 4,000 Mexican Pesos (MXN) (If you need a mexican invoice, please note that taxes of additional 16% are not included). This fee includes one paper only. If one author has more than one accepted paper, the complete fee is to be paid for each of them independently.
The registration fee amount for authors of papers accepted in the Research in Computing Science – RCS Journal is 100 USD or 2,000 Mexican Pesos (MXN) (If you need a mexican invoice, please note that taxes of additional 16% are not included). This fee includes one paper only. If one author has more than one accepted paper, the complete fee is to be paid for each of them independently.
This fee includes publication of one paper (up to the page limit which is 12) in any of the proceedings volumes or journal issues derived from the conference. Access to a digital copy of the pre-print versions of all accepted papers (unless copyright holders prevent us from distributing such copies).

Presentation Modalities:
Important: Regardless of the selected presentation modality, ALL authors are required to upload a video of their presentation in English through the official conference platform. Instructions for accessing the platform are provided in the notification email sent to the authors.

In-Person Oral Presentation
Authors may choose to deliver a 15-minute oral presentation in English of their accepted paper in person during the conference.
Remote Oral Presentation
Authors may choose to deliver a 15-minute oral presentation in English of their accepted paper remotely during the conference.
In-Person Poster Presentation
Authors may choose to present their accepted paper in the form of a POSTER during the conference.
Authors will receive an email requesting confirmation of their preferred presentation modality (In-Person Oral Presentation, Remote Oral Presentation, or In-Person Poster Presentation). All authors are kindly requested to respond to this email and confirm their selected modality within the specified deadline to facilitate the organization of the conference program.
